Clear, experienced guidance through complex medical decisions and care coordination.
I provide limited, structured private medical care and clinical guidance for individuals and personal injury cases requiring experienced physician oversight outside of traditional office-based models. This work is focused on navigation of acute and subacute medical issues, coordination of care, and informed clinical decisions when complexity or risk is high.
This service is intentionally limited in scope and availability and operates separately from my education and consulting work.
Scope of Care
Concierge and private care services may include:
Clinical assessment and longitudinal guidance for acute or complex medical issues
Care coordination across emergency, inpatient, and outpatient settings
Review and interpretation of medical records, test results, and imaging
Guidance regarding appropriate evaluation, referral, and follow-up
Oversight and coordination in personal injury–related medical care
Care is provided within clearly defined clinical and jurisdictional boundaries and does not replace in-person emergency or specialty care.
Personal Injury–Related
I provide clinical oversight and coordination for select personal injury cases where continuity, clinical clarity, and appropriate escalation of care are critical. This work focuses on:
Clinical interpretation and guidance following injury
Coordination among treating clinicians
Avoidance of fragmented or unnecessary care
Support for appropriate documentation and continuity
This service is clinical in nature and distinct from medicolegal expert review or testimony.
What This Service Is Not
To ensure clarity, concierge and private care services:
Are not an emergency service
Do not replace calling 911 or seeking immediate emergency care
Do not provide on-demand or unlimited access
Do not include expert testimony or legal opinion
Do not overlap with consulting or educational services
Scope is confirmed prior to any engagement.
How Care Is Provided
Care is delivered through a structured model that may include:
Initial inquiry and eligibility review
Confirmation of scope, jurisdiction, and terms
Establishment of a physician–patient relationship when appropriate
Ongoing guidance, coordination, and reassessment as needed
Not all inquiries result in acceptance into care.
Disclosures & Boundaries
A physician–patient relationship is established only after formal onboarding and agreement
Care is provided in accordance with applicable state laws and licensure
Services are limited by scope, availability, and clinical appropriateness
Emergency situations require immediate local emergency services
