How The Process Works

Step 1 – Submit Case or Jump on a Introductory Phone Call (5-10 minutes)

Use a secure form to provide basic case information. You’ll receive my fee schedule and next-step instructions automatically. Alternatively, you can schedule an introductory phone call where we can screen the case together at your convenience.

Step 2 – Conflict Check & Retainer

I complete a conflict check. If there is no conflict and I believe I can help, my team sends a retainer invoice and proposed timeline for review.

Step 3 – Record Upload & Review

Once the retainer is received, you’ll receive a secure link to upload records. I review the materials and provide my preliminary opinion within the agreed time frame.

Step 4 – Opinion, Strategy, Testimony

I provide verbal and/or written opinions, help you refine case strategy, and, when appropriate, provide deposition and trial testimony.
